Hello!
With this very wet weather we've been having this past week it's been a great chance for me to try out my new parka jacket that Yours Clothing sent me. Funnily enough I've not owned a lightweight parka/pac-a-mac sort of jacket since I was a child which is silly when you live in such a drizzly country such as the UK, where really they should be a necessity. If I had my way it would be Winter all year around as I hate being hot but I'm still not a fan of the rain (unless I'm tucked up in bed reading a book), so it's great finally owning a coat with a hood! Plus I forget I'm wearing it most of the time because it's so lightweight. These photo's were taken on a lovely day out with Sally, where it was supposed to rain non-stop all day, but it didn't - YAY! (Have you noticed that us British really love to talk about the weather?) There amazing flowery things that hang like a pretty curtain, which I have no idea what they are called, are so amazing and not far from my house either. I was actually walking around the same place with my Mum two days previous to these pictures when we saw a SNAKE in the grass. It wasn't a very small snake either so needless to say we scared it off with our screaming! It has unnerved me a little, but it didn't stop me going back for blog pictures. (I risk such life-threatening dangers for blog pictures - haha!) I also wore my trusty ASOS Curve denim pinafore dress from last Summer which I always love wearing because it's probably one of the rare items that fits me so perfectly. I always feel like I can concur the world in it, as it's just so comfy and pretty. That probably sounds weird but it makes sense to me! Until next time,

p.s I recently did an interview for Fett Magazine talking about my university collection, my experience at uni and my views on plus size design. So go check it out!

  2. The hanging flowers are wisteria, so pretty isn't it! And snakes probably aren't much to be scared of in the UK, as they tend to be more scared of humans than we are of them (which is why you don't see them often...) btw I love the colour of your hair, it always cheers me up when I see it :)

    1. Yer, I think snakes in the UK are basically harmless although if you're bitten you should still go to the hospital! But it was more the shock more than anything haha, my mum's reaction was hilarious though. Awww, thank you, that's so sweet! :) xx

  4. Eeee this is super cute. That pinafore dress is the best. I really need to get myself one. Us Canadians tend to talk about the weather all the time too. We do have similar weather.
